His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, issued 5 Emiri decrees regarding the formation of Al Hamriyah Suburb Council in Sharjah, Al Rahmaniyah Suburb Council in Sharjah, and Hayawa Suburb Council in Khor Fakkan.

Organizing the Sharjah Falconers Club, and adjourning the second regular session of the tenth legislative term of the Consultative Council.

In detail, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi issued Emiri Decree No. (19) of 2021 AD regarding the formation of the Hamriyah Suburb Council in the city of Sharjah.

The decree stipulated that the Hamriyah Suburb Council in the city of Sharjah would be formed from the following members: Ahmed Ali Saeed bin Ma’eel Al Ketbi, Jamal Majid Saeed Mohammed Al Shamsi, Hamid Ali Obaid bin Khalaf Al Ali, Salem Mohammed Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Sultan Fayez Abdul Rahman Fayez Al Shamsi, and Saif Obaid Saif Bouvier Al Shamsi, Abdullah Sultan Abdullah bin Hareb Al Muhairi, Abdullah Imran Saif Nasser Al Shamsi, and Majid Muhammad Obaid Muftah Al Shamsi.

The decree also stipulated that the council would choose a president and a vice-chairman in its first meeting from among the members by agreement or by direct secret ballot and by the majority of those present. suburbs and villages.

The term of membership in the Board shall be four years, starting from its first meeting, and it shall continue to conduct its business upon the expiry of its term until a new Board is appointed. Those whose term of membership has expired may be reappointed.

Rahmaniyah

His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi issued Emiri Decree No. (18) for the year 2021 AD regarding the formation of the Al Rahmaniyah Suburb Council in the city of Sharjah.

The decree stipulated that the Rahmaniyah Suburb Council in the city of Sharjah would be formed from the following members: Ahmed Garg Qambar Garg Robari, Ahmed Abdullah Ahmed Mohammed Al Matrooshi, Badr Abdullah Hassan Ibrahim Al Hosani, Jamal Mohammed Suleiman Issa Al Hammadi, Hassan Abdullah Ali Mohammed Al Balghoni, Hamad Abdullah Khalifa bin Qasmol Al Suwaidi and Saif Saeed Saif bin Hazeem Al Ketbi, Atef Ahmed Abdul Rahman Ahmed Karani, Abdul Karim Ahmed Yaqoub Yousef Al Hosani, Abdullah Issa Abdullah Ahmed Al Hammadi, Ali Saif Abdullah Hamid Al Abdouli, Issa Ahmed Obaid Al Mughani Al Naqbi, and Majid Ahmed Abdullah Al Darwishi Al Shamsi.

The decree stipulates that the Hayawa District Council in the city of Khorfakkan will be formed from the following members: Khaled Ahmed Hassan Buhendi Al-Mansoori, Sultan Saeed Ali Mohammed Al-Shehhi, Suleiman Rashid Hassan Rashid Al-Naqbi, Abdul Rahman Ali Abdul Rahman Muhammad Al-Naqbi, Ali Ibrahim Muhammad Abdullah Al-Hosani, Ali Hassan Muhammad Ahmad Al-Balushi and Muhammad Ibrahim Saad Muhammad Al Naqbi, Moaz Ibrahim bin Ahmed Muhammad Al Naqbi, Hani Saeed Khalifa Suleiman Al Naqbi, Youssef Ali Sultan Ahmed Al Hammadi and Youssef Issa Abdullah Madali Al Hammadi.

The decree stipulated that a club specialized in falconry sports and cultural and community activities would be established in the emirate, called the Sharjah Falconers Club, with legal personality and full capacity to carry out the necessary legal actions to achieve its goals and exercise its competencies, affiliated with the Sports Council and working under its supervision.

The club’s headquarters and head office shall be in the central region of the Emirate, and by a decision of the Sports Council at the request of the club’s chairman of the board of directors, branches may be established in the rest of the cities and regions of the Emirate.

The decree stipulated that the management of the club would be assumed by a board of directors consisting of a president, a vice president, and a number of members named by a decision of the ruler or his representative.

The decree also stipulated that the term of membership in the council shall be four years starting from the date of the decision to form it, and it may be extended for a similar period or periods, provided that the council continues to conduct its business at the end of its term, until a new council is formed or the expired council is renewed.

Regarding the competencies of the club’s board of directors, the decree stipulates that by observing the relevant federal and local legislation, regulations, and bylaws, the board undertakes the club’s business and conducts its affairs, works to achieve its goals, and is considered the supreme authority in it.

Advisory Board

His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi issued Emiri Decree No. (15) of 2021 AD regarding the adjournment of the second regular session of the tenth legislative term of the Sharjah Consultative Council.

The decree stipulated that the second regular session of the tenth legislative term of the Consultative Council of the Emirate of Sharjah shall be adjourned, after the completion of consideration of the agenda of the session on Thursday, 7 Dhul Qi’dah 1442 AH corresponding to June 17, 2021.
