Richard Robinson, president of Scholastic Publishing, which published in the United States the most popular series such as “Harry Potter” and “The Hunger Games”, has died at the age of 84, the company announced in a statement. The statement confirmed that Robinson died the day before yesterday, Saturday, “suddenly”, as his health condition was “fantastic”, after he ran the company and supervised its daily operations for five decades.

The statement confirmed that Robinson died the day before yesterday, Saturday, “suddenly”, as his health condition was “excellent”, after he ran the company and supervised its daily operations for five decades.
“We are deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Dick Robinson,” the company’s board of directors said. Dick was a true visionary in the world of children’s books and an avid advocate of children’s education.”

And (Schoolastic) was founded in 1920 and is considered the largest publishing and distribution of children’s books in the world, and it owns distribution rights in the United States for series such as (Harry Potter) by British J.K. Rowling, (The Hunger Games) by Susan Collins, and (Clifford the Big Red Dog). Gospimps, The Magic School Bus, Captain Underpants, iSpy, and educational books and magazines.
