The circular stipulated that the funeral prayer should be performed in mosques and mosques according to a number of requirements; Including that the mosque has several doors, and that all doors are used in the event of a funeral, and a door is devoted to transporting the funeral, and only the families of the deceased are allowed to participate in the process of carrying the funeral from the designated door, and allocating a class to receive condolences in the mosque, and placing a separation barrier between the families of the deceased and mourners, so A distance of two meters separates them, and more than one supervisor is assigned to the mosque; To follow the application of the procedures and alert the worshipers not to violate them, and the prayer for the dead must be outside the times of the obligatory prayers, either before or after the obligatory prayer by at least an hour.

The directive included that communication take place between the branches of the ministry and the branches of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing to coordinate between the mortuaries that fall under their supervision with the supervisors in charge of mosques and mosques; To ensure that the number of funerals performed in one mosque does not exceed 3 funerals at a time.
