Macs getting macOS Monterey

Apple announced the new macOS Monterey at its annual developer conference, and as usual, it also announced Macs that get the system update and can install it on them.

Apple offers support for Mac devices up to about 6 years, so that means that devices released in 2015 get the new macOS Monterey update.

But there are some older Macs that are set to get the update as well. This is because the central processor and the specifications of these computers support the operation of the system.

On the other hand, it is expected that Apple will increase the period of support for Mac system updates for computers running the M1 processor, As this processor is developed by the company itself. Therefore, this means higher compatibility with the system and the ability to improve its programming.

It was expected that Apple would release the new version of the M1 processor, as the expected performance of the processor was leaked.

However, it is still possible that Apple will announce the new processor at the end of the year. But all this is speculation and there is no official information.
