Lebanese media reported that two security men were injured in the city of Tripoli, by a bomb thrown by unknown persons at the military personnel in front of the al-Tal police station in the city.
The “lebanon24” website stated that “while the army reinforced its deployment in the vicinity of the Tripoli municipality, unknown persons threw a bomb at the military personnel in front of the al-Tal police station in the city.”
He added, “The bomb wounded an intelligence agent and another from the General Security Information Service.”
He pointed out that “the riots during the protests in Tripoli resulted in the injury of 5 soldiers in the ranks of the army, as well as another element in the internal security forces.”
He pointed out that “among civilians, 5 were wounded, and ambulance teams worked to transfer them to hospitals in the city.”
