The terrorist organization ISIS in West Africa announced the killing of the leader of the armed group “Boko Haram” Abu Bakr Shekau.

ISIS, the rival of Boko Haram, said in an audio recording obtained by news agencies that “Shekawi” blew himself up during clashes between the two organizations, according to the BBC.

This is not the first time that the death of “Shekawi” has been announced, and there were previous reports of his death, some of which were received last month.

Neither Boko Haram nor the Nigerian government confirmed Shekau’s death.
