Gold prices fell in Saudi Arabia, at the beginning of trading today, Sunday, June 6, 2021, amid the international gold market holidays.

And global markets are on a weekly holiday on Saturday and Sunday.

The price of a gram of 24 karat gold in Saudi Arabia decreased to 228.11 riyals ($ 60.83), compared to 228.27 riyals ($ 60.86), yesterday.

The price of a gram of 21 karat gold in Saudi Arabia (the best seller in the Kingdom) fell to 199.60 riyals ($ 53.23), compared to 199.74 riyals ($ 55.79), yesterday.

And the price of a gram of 18 karat gold in Saudi Arabia decreased to 171.08 riyals ($ 45.62), compared to 171.20 riyals ($ 45.65), yesterday.

As for the price of gold, the economy in Saudi Arabia, 14 karat recorded about 133.06 riyals ($ 35.48), compared to 133.16 riyals ($ 35.50), yesterday.

The price of an ounce of gold in Saudi Arabia reached 7,095 riyals (1892 dollars), compared to 7,099 riyals (1893 dollars), yesterday.

And the price of the gold pound in Saudi Arabia (8 grams of 21 karat) scored about 1596.77 riyals (425.81 dollars), compared to 1598 riyals (426.20 dollars), yesterday.

Globally, gold prices rebounded from its lowest level in more than two weeks recorded on Friday (the end of last week’s information) after the increase in US non-farm jobs came below expectations.

By 1343 GMT, the spot price of gold jumped 0.9% to $ 1886.80 an ounce, after hitting its lowest level since May 19 at $ 1855.59 earlier in transactions. The metal is down 0.8% since the beginning of the week.

US gold futures rose 0.9% to $1,890.80.
