Gold prices rose in Lebanon today, Friday, 6-11-2021, with the rise in gold prices globally.
The price of gold in Lebanon, according to local media, was as follows:
The price of 24-carat gold in Lebanon recorded about 91,699 pounds (60.86 dollars), compared to 91,579 pounds (60.62 dollars), Thursday.
And the price of 21-carat gold in Lebanon recorded about 80,239 pounds ($53.25), compared to 80,134 pounds ($53.05), yesterday.
The price of 18 karat gold in Lebanon also recorded about 68,775 pounds ($ 45.64), compared to 68,686 pounds ($ 45.47), Thursday.
The price of an ounce of 24-carat gold scored about 2,851,844 pounds (1893 dollars), compared to 2,848,120 pounds (1885 dollars), yesterday.
As for the price of the gold pound (weight 8 grams, 21 karat), it recorded about 641,910 pounds (426.02 dollars), compared to 641,071 pounds (424.38 dollars), Thursday.

Gold prices jumped above $1,900 an ounce, while the dollar suffers from high US inflation, despite the Federal Reserve’s ignoring of it.
Gold prices rose above $1,900 an ounce on Friday, supported by a weaker dollar and lower treasury yields.
Gold rebounded after the Federal Reserve announced its adherence to its monetary policy, and considered the high inflation data in the United States insufficient to take new action.
And gold rose in spot transactions 0.1% to $ 1900.10 an ounce by 0518 GMT. Prices have increased more than 0.5% since the beginning of the week.
US gold futures rose 0.3% to $1,902.7 an ounce.
