And the International Football Association issued a statement on Sunday, confirming that “a number of members of the delegation of the South Sudan national team were infected with the Corona virus,” to decide “in light of the medical procedures followed in this regard, the infected individuals were isolated and the activities that were scheduled for them on Sunday were postponed.”

While the technical meeting for the match was held on schedule, the press conference for the two teams’ coaches was canceled after it was postponed.
