Arabian Spaces Real Estate, a subsidiary of Saeed and Mohammed Al Naboodah Holding Company, has appointed Blix Management Services, a subsidiary of Al-Futtaim Shopping Centers Group, to manage the Arabian Center shopping mall in Dubai.
Established in April this year, Blix will offer its services in the areas of asset management, leasing and marketing, with a team of industry experts.
Founded by Al Naboodah Group in 2009, Arabian Center is located near Airport Road and houses more than 200 retail stores that include fashion, home furnishing, electronics, jewellery, perfume, accessories and family entertainment.
The mall also houses Lulu Hypermarket on an area of 100,000 square feet, which offers a variety of products to meet the daily needs of shoppers.
