The letter, signed by 80 employees, said: “We would like to take the opportunity to express a growing concern among our colleagues that the flexible policy of working remotely, and communicating about it, has forced some of our colleagues to resign, and many of us feel we have to choose between our families and our well-being. The letter to the employees comes two days after Tim Cook notified his employees in an e-mail, asking them to return to their offices starting next September.

In his letter, Cook asked most employees to come to the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting from the first of next September, with the option to work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays, and teams that need to work in person will return from 4 to 5 days a week.
