The Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk Charitable” and the Saudi Postal Corporation “Sabil” signed a memorandum of understanding between the two parties to exchange experiences in providing training programs, and to work on selecting a number of citizens; To enable them to find available job opportunities, and to follow up their rehabilitation and training in accordance with the best international standards and practices.

The agreement was signed by “Misk Charity”, CEO of Programs and Initiatives, Engineer Omar Najjar, while it was signed by the General Supervisor of the Human Capital and Shared Services Sectors, Eng. Ahmed Muhammad Al-Jarad, on the part of Saudi Post, in the presence of the President of the Saudi Post Corporation, Eng. Anf bin Ahmed Abanmi, and the CEO of the Corporation, Dr. Badr bin Hammoud Al-Badr.

The memorandum of understanding signed between the two parties aims to provide training programs for young people in the Saudi Postal Corporation with ways, ranging from two to 12 months, and to select a number of young people to participate in the program based on the acceptance criteria agreed upon by the two parties, while following up the performance of the trainees during the training period and after their graduation to measure program impact.

The agreement provides for the discussion of potential cooperation opportunities in the areas offered by the Saudi Postal Corporation “Sabil” by working to develop future projects with specific outputs, represented in the development of human cadres through on-the-job training programs, in which “Misk Charity” will announce the program, filtering candidates, coordinating interviews, skills assessment tests, and evaluation of trainees, in addition to offering a number of virtual training courses.

It is noteworthy that the Mohammed bin Salman “Misk Foundation” is a non-profit organization that aims to take the hands of young people, and encourage them to learn and develop skills, by designing programs and building partnerships with local and international organizations in the fields of education, entrepreneurship, technology and science.
