The program explained that, according to the results of studies conducted by the program team in cooperation with the concerned authorities during the past period, with the aim of achieving the three main objectives of the program, which include increasing the supply of developed lands in order to achieve a balance between supply and demand, providing residential land at reasonable prices, protecting fair competition and combating monopolistic practices. By applying the first phase of white lands fees, which include undeveloped lands with an area of ​​10,000 square meters or more, located within the scope determined by the Ministry in Medina, Asir metropolis, Taif, Jazan region, and Tabuk, provided that it extends to other cities in the application of fees, including: Al-Ahsa, Hafr Al-Batin, Al-Qassim, Hail, and other cities, in which the details of the application of fees will be announced during the coming period.
