Within the “Rahma” initiative for excellence in patient experience during the first quarter of 2021

The health of Jazan, represented by Al-Harith General Hospital and Al-Badawi Primary Care Center, achieved excellence and the highest rate of satisfaction of beneficiaries of nursing services among all hospitals and centers of the Ministry of Health, as part of the “Rahma” initiative for excellence in the patient’s nursing experience during the first quarter of the year 2021 AD.

In detail, the nursing staff in the emergency department of Al-Harith General Hospital achieved excellence and first place among all emergency departments in the hospitals of the Ministry of Health, with a rate of (94.41 percent), while the satisfaction rate of beneficiaries of nursing services at Al-Badawi Primary Health Care Center reached (100%) at the level of all health centers.

The “Rahma” initiative is one of the initiatives launched by the Ministry of Health for excellence in the patient experience and for the nursing staff. Nursing services are evaluated by the beneficiaries, through a questionnaire that is provided to them after receiving the services provided to them to benefit from the views of the beneficiaries in evaluating the service and raising the efficiency of its quality, including In line with the vision of the Kingdom (2030) through all hospitals and centers of the Ministry of Health.
