His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, has directed to disburse (100) million riyals from his personal expenses, according to two tracks: The first was allocated to support 29 charitable societies in all regions of the Kingdom, for a total amount of (87) One million riyals is spent within days, while the second is allocated to pay the debts of more than (150) insolvent prisoners, with a total support of (13) million riyals, provided that they are released and returned to their families today.
This support comes under the umbrella of the “Sanad Mohammed bin Salman Program” to cover, in the aspect of support for charitable societies, services of (8) groups in society, namely: (women’s charities, charities for people with disabilities, charities for cancer patients, charities for the care of widows and divorcees, associations) Charities for the care of orphans, Down syndrome charities, charities for health services, charities for the care of the elderly). Each association will receive financial support and support for developmental programs that depend on training, rehabilitation, support and sustainability.
While the aspect of releasing prisoners includes the payment of debts of more than (150) insolvent prisoners due to their inability to pay their financial rights to others, and they are prisoners of private right, according to specific controls, including that the amount owed by the prisoner has not been exploited in unlawful matters, and not They are involved in criminal cases.
