He passed away after nearly 30 years teaching at the Grand Mosque


Today, great crowds bid farewell to the ascetic scholar Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Al-Ajlan. After nearly 30 years he spent teaching at the Grand Mosque, and he passed away yesterday, at the age of 85.

His body was buried in the cemeteries of the Haram martyrs located behind the custody of cars in the Sharia, after the prayer was performed on him today, after the Friday prayer at the Grand Mosque, amid invitations to him for mercy and forgiveness, and to dwell in his spaciousness, and he will be rewarded with the best reward for the lessons and sermons he offered during his walk and his attendance at the mosque No man’s land for thirty years.

He was “calf”; Who has always heard the sound of his voice in the gardens of the Grand Mosque, was born in the province of Uyun al-Jawa in the Qassim region in 1357 AH; Corresponding to 1938 AD, and he received his education in the madrassas in his hometown of Uyun al-Jawa, and in 1368 AH, he joined the Al-Faisaliah School in Buraidah in the Qassim region, and graduated there in 1371 AH, and in 1374 AH he joined the Buraidah Scientific Institute, and in 1379 AH he joined the College of Sharia at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University In Riyadh, and in 1386 AH he joined the Higher Judicial Institute at its first opening.

Among the works assigned to him: In 1372 AH, upon his graduation in Al-Faisaliah School, he was appointed as a teacher at the Tharmada Primary School, which Prince Saud bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, before his studies at the Scientific Institute in Buraidah, ordered to open, and in 1381 AH, he was chosen as a teacher at the Madinah Scientific Institute two years before his graduation in the College of Sharia in Riyadh. Meanwhile, he was assigned to teach at the Prophet’s Mosque, may God honor him, then he was assigned to teach at the Grand Mosque.

He participated in scientific seminars and lectures in mosques, radio and clubs at his workplace in Makkah, Jeddah, Riyadh, Qassim and the United Arab Emirates, and participated in answering a question on the phone in the Holy Quran Radio from Riyadh from 1421 to 1428 AH.

Among his sheikhs, to name but a few, are Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Baz, Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamid, Sheikh Muhammad Al-Amin Al-Shanqeeti, and Sheikh Abdul Razzaq Afifi.
