A practical article published by the Russian Federal Authority for Consumer Protection, “Ross Butribnadzor,” said that the immune effectiveness of the “Abi Vacc Corona” anti-covid vaccine is higher in women than in men.
The article stated that, from December 12, 2020 to May 15, 2021, the Central Scientific Institute for Epidemiological Studies of the “Ross Potternadzor” Foundation vaccinated 1,736 people from the foundation’s workers with the “Abi Vacc Corona” vaccine against Covid. After that, 807 people who were vaccinated with full doses of the vaccine, were subjected to extensive monitoring.
The article says: “In general, it was found from the study that the immune effectiveness of vaccination is higher in females.”
The “AbiVac Corona” vaccine was registered on October 13, 2020, and after post-registration studies on volunteers over the age of 60, as of March 3, it was approved for use on people over the age of 18 without restrictions.
