Saudi Arabia records the lowest daily death toll from Corona since April 18




Today, Friday, Saudi Arabia recorded 927 new infections with the Corona virus, which causes the “Covid-19” disease, which represents the lowest toll since April 18, and the Kingdom monitored 12 deaths from the disease.

The Saudi Ministry of Health reported that the general number of confirmed cases of the new Corona virus that causes “Covid-19” disease has increased in the country during the past 24 hours, with 927 cases, bringing its total to 431,432 cases, of which 8551 are active, and 1323 are critical.

Today’s outcome represents the lowest increase in coronavirus infections in the country since April 18, and comes after this indicator on May 11 reached 999 cases, on May 12, 1020, and May 13, 1116.

The Ministry of Health reported that 12 new deaths were reported due to the disease, adding that the death toll from the pandemic in Saudi Arabia rose to 7,134 deaths.

The index of new deaths due to the disease on May 11 reached 13 cases, on May 12 as well, on May 13, and on May 13, 11.

The Ministry stated that the number of people recovering from “Covid-19” in the Kingdom reached 415,747 people, after 1608 new cures were recorded.

On December 17, Saudi Arabia launched a mass vaccination campaign for the Kingdom’s population against Corona virus infection, with a vaccine developed by the American “Pfizer” and the German “Biontech” company, to later adopt the vaccine for the British-Swedish company, AstraZeneca.
