Salem Ali Al Shamsi, member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Football Association and Chairman of the Referees Committee, confirmed that the Football Association pays great attention to the arbitration sector, because of its importance in the success of football competitions, indicating that attention to women is necessary, and that the presence of women is the judge in men’s competitions.
