For his part, Shamsul Madin, Director of the Referees Department at the AFC, expressed his happiness with the steps of the Emirates Federation, which is one of the distinguished federations in the Asian continent in the matter of qualifying referees and referees through its reliance on the continuing education program and the establishment of many specialized courses and workshops for all employees of arbitration, indicating that the existence of “Hakamat” in men’s competitions came after great efforts made by the judges ‘management and the judges’ keenness and determination to excel.
