Juventus confirm the departure of Douglas Costa from the team after the end of his loan agreement to Bayern Munich.
Juventus confirmed, today, Friday, Douglas Costa’s return to playing in Brazil, where he will move on loan to Gremio of Brazil.
Costa spent the current season on loan from the “Old Lady” team to Bayern Munich.
“Douglas Costa will officially move to Gremio,” Juventus said in an official statement.
The statement added: “The Brazilian winger arrived in Juventus in 2017 and played for Bayern Munich for a year on loan, and will wear the” Porto Alegre “shirt until June 2022.

The 30-year-old Brazilian contract with Juventus expires next summer, so he will be able to leave on a free transfer.
Costa has not played with Bayern much this season, as he played 20 matches in various tournaments, most of them as a reserve player, scoring just one goal and playing 3 assists.
It is noteworthy that the beginning of Costa’s career was in Grêmio before moving to Shakhtar Donetsk of Ukraine in 2010, where he played for five years before moving to Bayern and then switching two years later to Juventus.
