Riyadh – Mubasher: The General Authority of Civil Aviation announced that Saudi Airlines was the sector’s company that received the least complaints during the month of April.

This came according to the index of classification of air transport service providers and airports for the month of April issued by the General Authority of Civil Aviation, today, Wednesday, according to a press release.

The authority stated that the total number of complaints filed from passengers on air carriers during the month of April amounted to 276 complaints, and the index monitored that Saudi Airlines came as the least complaint by airlines, with three complaints per 100,000 passengers, and the rate of complaint handling at the specified time for the month of April reached 75 percent. .

While flynas resolved second with 12 complaints for every 100,000 passengers during the past month, and the rate of handling the complaint on time reached 92%.

And flyadeal came third, as the number of complaints reached 43 complaints per 100,000 passengers, and the rate of complaint handling on time reached 77 percent.

The most popular complaints rankings for the month of April came about first refunding tickets, then canceling flights, then delaying flights.

The authority explained that the index of classification of airport service providers indicated that King Fahd International Airport in Dammam was the lowest in terms of complaints filed to the authority for every 100,000 passengers in the index during the month of April, with one complaint and the rate of complaint handling in the specified time, which reached 67%.

Second, King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh was resolved with one complaint for every 100,000 passengers filed at the airport, and it was closed by 67 percent.

While Abha International Airport came third, with one complaint for every 100,000 passengers, and the rate of handling the complaint on time, which reached 50%.
