Chelsea returned with a precious victory from the Etihad Stadium, by defeating Manchester City (2-1), this evening, Saturday, in the top of the 35th round of the English Premier League.
City opened the scoring through Rahim Sterling, in the 44th minute, and Hakim Ziyech adjusted the score for Chelsea, in the 63rd minute, before Marcos Alonso scored the second goal, in the 93rd minute.
With this result, Manchester City stuck at the top of the table at 80 points, while Chelsea raised its tally to 64 points, to rise to third place.
The first attempt in the match for City came in the fourth minute, with a start from Torres from the right side, until he reached the penalty area, hitting a ball that went far from the goal.
City appeared again in the 17th minute, after Aki climbed a cross from a corner kick, hitting a header that went over the bar.
