Today, Thursday, the Bahraini authorities announced the cancellation of the “PCR” examination for the Coronavirus for those coming to the Kingdom from the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council through all outlets, provided they obtain the vaccine or are recovering from the disease.

According to the official Bahrain News Agency, “The new procedure, which will be implemented on the first day of Eid al-Fitr, stipulated that the green logo should be displayed for those who received the vaccination and those recovered in the official applications approved for them for the Corona virus.”

The agency stated that the green slogan “is replaced by certificates of vaccination and recovery issued by the ministries of health in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and in both cases, precautionary quarantine is not applied to arrivals.”

The agency added, “The decision also includes countries that have agreements with Bahrain for mutual recognition of approved vaccination certificates, but it does not apply to age groups between 6-17 years old.”
