Zenfone 8 is among the advanced smartphones announced by Asus recently with its competing technologies.
The new phone gets a 5.9-inch Super AMOLED screen, a resolution of 24001080 pixels, a frequency of 120 Hz, protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, and works with Always-on display technology as in Samsung phones.
The body of the device was water and dust resistant according to IP68 standards, its dimensions are (148 / 68.5 / 8.9) mm, and its weight is 169 grams.
The speedy handling of data and 5G networks guarantees this phone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G processor developed with 5 nm technology, 8 and 16 GB random access memory, 128 and 256 GB internal memory, and an Adreno 660 graphics processor.
As for the primary camera, it came with a dual-lens resolution of (64 + 12) megapixels, capable of documenting 8K videos, and the front camera with 12 megapixels works with face recognition technologies.
Asus equipped this phone with the “Android-11” operating system with ZenUI 8 interfaces, two ports for the connection, an NFC chip, a 3.5 mm headphone port, a fingerprint scanner built into the screen, and a 4000 mA battery that can be charged quickly via a 30-watt charger.
