The professor of public law and the director of the Cairo Center for Political and Legal Studies, Ahmed Mahran, submitted a complaint to the Attorney General against the artist Mohamed Ramadan, according to what he published on his Facebook account.
In a post on his page, Mahran said, “The reason for the communication is Muhammad Ramadan’s intention to insult the Egyptian judiciary and comment on its rulings, through a video in which he ridicules the judicial rulings and incites citizens not to respect them,” according to what he said, according to Al-Watan newspaper.
Majdi Helmy, the lawyer for the pilot, Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr, said: And if he is permeating dollars, it is not his concern … the judgment will be executed and he pays the 6 million pounds.
He also explained that Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr has been exposed to major health crises, since his Ramadan crisis, in October 2019, as he suffered heart complications, back problems and a herniated disc, which made him frequent hospitals after he stopped working throughout his life. .
He added that Abu Al-Yusr is currently undergoing treatment and doctors ’observation after suffering heart problems, about two weeks ago, after which he entered the intensive care unit in a hospital.
It is worth noting that the court decided to compel the artist, Mohamed Ramadan, to pay compensation of 6 million pounds to the pilot Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr.
