He said: 14 lanes for pilgrims, 3 of which are near the Kaaba, for the elderly and people with disabilities

Hani Haider, the official spokesman for the General Presidency for the affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, today reviewed the mechanism for entering the two Holy Mosques.

“Haidar” stressed during the press conference to reveal the developments of Corona that immunization is the first condition that every student must meet to permit a prayer, Umrah, or visit to the Grand Mosque, which is issued through the “Umrah” application or the “Tawakalna” application.

He pointed out that entering the Prophet’s Mosque requires showing the “Tawakalna” application, for those immunized who have received the first dose of the vaccine 14 days, or who have fully recovered from the virus.

He added that three lanes near the Holy Kaaba have been designated for the elderly and people with disabilities, and six points have been allocated for the entry of pilgrims who are dispatched to the Mataf dish through 14 virtual paths.

A spokesman for the affairs of the Two Holy Mosques called on all pilgrims to adhere to the paths in order to ensure the smoothness of movement and ease, as well as adhere to the precautionary measures followed in order to ensure the safety of all.
