In the face of Iranian interference through the Houthi coup militia

A number of Yemeni scholars confirmed that the initiative launched by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to end the crisis in Yemen comes from the Kingdom’s keenness on Yemen and the Yemeni people against Iranian interference through the Houthi militia and its coup against the Yemeni government.

The head of the Yemeni Rashad Union, Dr. Muhammad bin Musa al-Ameri, explained that there are three reasons for the Houthi militia’s rejection of the Saudi initiative to end the crisis in Yemen: The fossilized mentality that controls them and their racism, in addition to their being servants and tools in the hands of Iran, which drives them within Its sabotage project in the region, in addition to the desire of the Houthis, who lead gangs of looting and plundering, to prolong the war to collect money and levies, consuming people’s money unlawfully and trading in their suffering.

The former Yemeni Minister of Endowments and Guidance, Dr. Ahmed Attia, affirmed that the Kingdom was keen, through its initiative, to inject the blood of Yemenis. Unlike the Houthi militia, whose leaders are keen to shed blood and prolong the war, in order to reap the benefits and achieve their own interests.

He said: The Kingdom’s announcement of the initiative to end the crisis in Yemen and achieve peace, reflected its keenness on the interest of Yemen and its endeavor to establish peace and maintain its security, stability and unity, and its keenness to restore its state and alleviate the suffering of its people in all possible ways.
