A recent study revealed positive effects of exercising in the face of the emerging corona virus, and the vaccines used to prevent it> according to “Sky News”.

Regular exercise reduces the chances of dying from infectious diseases such as Covid-19 by more than a third, and it also reduces the risk of contracting the virus by 31 percent.

The study indicated that exercising such as walking, running and cycling, in addition to muscle-strengthening exercises, for 30 minutes a day or 150 minutes a week, strengthens the immune system.

In their study, the researchers indicated that exercise makes protective Covid-19 vaccines 40 percent more effective.
