Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said today, Thursday, that the procedures related to the establishment of raft companies as joint stock companies have been completed, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 3) dated 28 Muharram 1437 AH.

The ministry added, according to the Saudi Press Agency, “SPA”, that the contracts for the establishment of these companies have been signed in accordance with the relevant legal provisions, in a way that contributes to raising the efficiency of their performance.
