Milan won a precious 3-1 victory over Parma in the match that brought them together today, Saturday, in the 30th round of the Italian Football League “Calcio”.
Milan scored a hat-trick by Croatian Ante Rebic, Ivorian Frank Casey and Portuguese Rafael Leao in minutes 8, 44 and 90 + 4, respectively, while the owners of the land scored their only goal through Ricardo Gailolo in the 66th minute of the match.
Milan have played with 10 men since the 60th minute after Swedish star Zlatan Ibrahimovic was sent off.
Several reports stated that the reason for the Swedish star’s expulsion of the red card was his uttering unfriendly words to rule the match.
With this victory, Milan raised its runner-up position to 63 points, reducing the difference to 8 points with the leaders, Inter, who host Cagliari on Sunday.
On the other hand, Parma scored 20 points in the nineteenth place penultimate in the Italian league table.
