Liverpool’s Twitter account celebrated the great goal scored by Egyptian star Mohamed Salah against Chelsea, during a match that brought the two teams together in the English Premier League in the 2019/2020 season.
The account published a video of Salah’s goal today, Wednesday, which marks the second anniversary of the Egyptian pharaoh’s recording, one of the most beautiful goals in his professional career against Chelsea.
Commenting on the video, the Liverpool account read, “An imaginary goal from the King! Mohamed Salah scored this wonderful goal against Chelsea on this day two years ago.
Salah then led his team to victory over Chelsea with two clean goals, as the Egyptian star scored a more than wonderful goal against Spanish goalkeeper Kepa, with a missile shot that dazzled Liverpool fans.
The matter seemed to receive Al-Masry a longitudinal ball from defender Virgil Van Dyck on the right side, to penetrate the Chelsea defense across the field, before surprising them with a missile shot.
Kepa, the world’s most expensive goalkeeper, could not handle the ball, hugging his net.
The publication of the video came, a few hours before the upcoming and fateful confrontation that Liverpool will play against Real Madrid later on Wednesday, in the second leg of the quarter-finals of the Champions League competition, noting that Real won the first leg by three goals to one.
