The report added: “Mimar Sinan placed 4 pieces of black stone in his architectural masterpiece, the Siklali Mehmed Pasha Mosque, which was built by the wife of the Grand Vizier Sicily in the Kadirga district of Istanbul in 1571 to commemorate the latter ..
