Facebook competes with Club House by announcing new audio products – Lebanon


Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced that the company is planning to launch several audio products, including live audio rooms similar to the Clubhouse app, and a way for users to find and play podcasts.Facebook’s entry into the audio market comes at a time when the sudden huge interest in the Clubhouse app is waning. Downloading the application, which is only available on Apple’s system, decreased by nearly 70 percent in March compared to February when it reached its highest level.

Zuckerberg said that Facebook plans to launch features in the coming months, including short audio clips called “Soundbites”, and to introduce ways to produce sound effects or improve sound quality.And Facebook said in a post that it will start experimenting with live audio rooms, which will be launched in the summer.
