He added that the aim of holding the mini-meetings between the department and those concerned in the departments of the Dubai government is to open channels of communication with human resources managers and heads of departments, to find out the challenges facing each department and to develop appropriate solutions to them, and to know their future vision of human resources in Dubai, the future of jobs, and innovation.
