Rammas provides a range of the authority’s services and provides several features, such as answering the inquiries of customers in both Arabic and English around the clock, through the authority’s website, its smart application, the authority’s account on the social networking site “Facebook”, and “Alexa” smart systems from “Amazon”. And the Google Assistant platform and robots, in addition to the “WhatsApp Business” platform at the number “046019999”, as it is the first government agency in the country to document its account through the platform.
Ramas answered more than 4.5 million inquiries from its launch in 2017 until the end of February 2021, including 248,000 inquiries received through the WhatsApp Business platform, as well as more than 6,000 bill payment transactions during the same period.
Through Ramas, the authority also won the awards for the qualitative breakthroughs in artificial intelligence 2020 in the category of robotic innovation.
