Former Roma and Italy star Daniele De Rossi is leaving hospital after his condition improves and he has obtained medical clearance.

The former Italian international star and assistant coach of Italy’s national team coach Roberto Mancini, Daniele De Rossi, today, Tuesday, obtained medical permission to leave the hospital after being admitted due to respiratory problems following his infection with the Corona virus, and will continue his treatment program at his home.

The former Italian captain of Rome was hospitalized last Friday after a week spent in isolation at his home after testing positive for the “coronavirus” virus was tested positive during his country’s national team camp during the recent international suspension, and the presence of lung problems.

De Rossi joined Juventus and the Italian national team, Leonardo Bonucci and Federico Bernardeschi, who were also infected during the “Azzurri” camp.

The former Italian midfielder admitted, in a letter, that he suffers from pneumonia that required the intervention of doctors, although at this time he was out of danger.

After the improvement of the condition of the 37-year-old, doctors decided to allow him to leave the hospital and complete the treatment program at his home.
