A recent report by the Taiwanese “Digi Times” magazine confirmed that the American technology giant “Apple” has developed LTPO-enabled screens in the upcoming “iPhone 13” series production line.

In addition to reaching the refresh rate of “iPhone” screens to 120 Hz, without affecting the battery life.

This comes at a time when all current “iPhones” are using screens, with a refresh rate of up to 60 Hz, even the “iPhone 12” series phones.

With the new technology that enables a frequency of 120 Hz, that is, twice, users will feel a big difference when scrolling through menus or switching between pages on the home screen.

And recently, Android phones began to use the technology of screens with a high refresh rate, despite their suffering from the problem of eroding battery life.

According to the Taiwanese magazine, the energy consumption of the “iPhone 13” will be approximately 15% less than the “iPhone 12”, partly due to the use of the “LTPO” screen, which is more energy efficient.

The company is expected to launch the “iPhone 13” series, in September this year. According to multiple reports and informed industry sources.
