The Minister of Health, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, revealed; That the ministry will provide vaccines against the emerging corona virus in community pharmacies for free inside the Kingdom, according to what was reported today by Al-Arabiya channel.

In a related context, the Food and Drug Authority is currently evaluating a number of anti-Coronavirus vaccines, confirming readiness for the rapid expansion of the vaccination process in various regions of Saudi Arabia, which is proceeding at a high pace.

The Ministry of Health indicated that the vaccines currently approved in Saudi Arabia or those currently being evaluated are licensed for use from those over the age of 16 or 18 years.

She explained that their appointments are scheduled according to the “priority categories” established in the “national strategy for immunization from the emerging corona virus.”
