The Houthis say they have targeted Saudi Aramco, and the Emir of Kuwait is traveling to the United States for “regular medical checks.”

The Ansar Allah al-Houthi movement in Yemen announced that it had targeted a facility belonging to the Saudi Aramco oil company in the city of Jeddah, in the west of the Kingdom.

The Houthi military spokesman, Yahya Saree, said that the Aramco company was targeted at dawn today by a missile that resulted in a “precise” injury.

There was no immediate comment from the oil giant or Saudi Arabia.

The Yemeni movement has been attacking targets inside Saudi Arabia, including oil installations, as part of the confrontations between the two parties, as Riyadh leads a coalition in Yemen to support the forces of Yemeni President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi against the Houthis who control the capital, Sanaa.
