Study: Chili peppers reduce the risk of sudden death

The British “Express” website published the results of a study conducted by the American Heart Association, which concluded that eating chili peppers regularly reduces the risk of sudden death.

According to the site, the study, in which about 600 volunteers from China, the United States, Iran and Italy, participated in their food habits and traditions.

The results of the study showed that some eating habits help extend life. For example, eating chili peppers regularly reduces the risk of sudden death due to cardiovascular disease by 26% and from cancer by 23%.

In general, it appeared that the death rate among those who ate chili pepper was 25% lower compared to the others.

And chili pepper contains a powerful anti-inflammatory, oxidative and anti-tumor, and is able to control the level of sugar in the blood.
