The Saudi newspaper “Okaz” reported on Wednesday, that the Directorate of Health Affairs in the Riyadh region has seized a security guard and a resident working in a private laboratory, trading and issuing forged certificates to examine the Corona virus.

The directorate clarified that the two persons were arrested based on a notification and received by the Compliance Department, and they interacted with him, and they were arrested on the site where they work in one of the private laboratories.

The directorate stated that they were seized and found in their possession a number of forged certificates, noting that initial investigations showed that they worked for their own account, without the knowledge of the establishment, by entering the system of illegally issuing reports.

She indicated that they had been handed over to the police to refer them to the prosecution office for investigation, and to take all legal measures against them.

Riyadh Health confirmed the continuation of inspection and inspection rounds without compromising the imposition of strict penalties against any health facility that violates or neglects the legal procedures or applications related to community health.

According to Article 28 of the Law on the Practice of Health Professions, “Whoever practices health professions without a license and who provides data that do not conform to the truth, or uses methods other than those who do not Legitimacy resulted in granting him a license to practice health professions, and whoever used a means of propaganda that would lead the public to believe that he was entitled to practice health professions contrary to the truth, and who assumed himself one of the titles that are usually given to those who practice health professions, and whoever has machines or Equipment that is usually used in the practice of health professions, without being licensed to practice those professions or without having a legitimate reason to possess them, and by a dealer in human organs, or who has carried out a human organ transplant knowing that it was obtained through trade.
