The South Korean company, Samsung Electronics, a leading smartphone maker, announced that it will launch a new economic smart phone that supports fifth-generation wireless networks in South Korea this week.

The company said, in a statement today, Monday, that it will launch its “Galaxy A42 5G” smartphone next Friday at a price of 449,900 won (equivalent to 400 US dollars), making it the cheapest device among smart phones supporting generation networks. Fifth to be sold in South Korea.

The Galaxy A42-5G smartphone was already launched in select markets in Europe and Southeast Asia last year.

The new phone, equipped with a 6.6-inch display, has a digital quad-back camera that provides a 48-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 5-megapixel depth sensor, and a camera for fine photography With a resolution of 5 megapixels, it also contains a digital front camera for lovers of selfie photography with a resolution of 20 megapixels.

The new device, which contains a battery capacity of 5,000 mAh, comes with 4 GB of random memory, and 128 GB of internal storage space, which can be increased to 1 TB via external storage cards.
