Production expanded in the UAE as job numbers stabilized in February

Dubai – Mubasher: The latest data from the IHS Markit PMI study revealed new unrest in the UAE’s non-oil-producing private sector in February 2021.

She pointed out that the high incidence of Coronavirus has led to increased restrictions in sectors of the economy and impeded customer sales, in addition to that, new businesses failed to rise for the first time in 4 months, which helped in a modest increase in production and the stability of the level of employment largely unchanged.

IHS Markit’s PMI fell from 51.2 in January to 50.6 in February, indicating a marginally slowing improvement in trading conditions.
