As for her marriages, she revealed that she had only married 3 times, and had a daughter from one of the marriages, and a son from a second marriage, while the third was an incomplete marriage, just a “queen” that did not take place.
She added that her mother did not trust any opinion she took except when she got older: “My mother was always against me at some point in life, and all my thoughts were what she liked, and as I grew up she started telling me you are the right one.”
As for her early marriage, Malak said: “Our family members marry young, and I almost got married and I have 14 years, and my older sister got married at the age of 19, and we used to say why was that late, and her psyche was tired because she was late for marriage.”
She indicated that she would not allow her daughter to marry like her at an early age, because she has ambition, and she wants to reach a PhD in her studies, and she will not allow anything to stop her from her ambitions and dreams.
Regarding her family, she said that she was raised in a conservative family that adheres to the teachings of the Islamic religion. She also studied Sharia, but did not graduate from it because she got married and became pregnant and was unable to complete her studies.
