In the event that the violation is committed for the third time within a year from the date of committing the violation for the second time, the facility shall be closed (temporarily) for a period not exceeding 90 days.
The system provides for closing the facility in case of committing the violation for the fourth time within a year from the date of committing the violation for the third time, with the license permanently canceled.
The law stresses the penalty for publishing the penalty in two local newspapers, one of which is in the region in which the violator resides, at his expense, after issuing a final decision, or after issuing a final ruling from the Office of Grievances that is enforceable, with the executive wording attached to it.
