The company said in a statement to the Egyptian Stock Exchange today that the lawsuit regarding the invalidity of the arbitration award is before the Egyptian courts against both Amer Holding Group, Amer Syria Company, as well as Porto Holding Group.
The company achieved profits during 2020, amounting to 25.51 million pounds during the period from January to December 2020, compared to profits of 56.4 million pounds in 2019, taking into account the rights of the minority.
The company’s revenues declined over the past year to 1.38 billion pounds, compared to 1.49 billion pounds in the previous year.
On the level of independent businesses during 2020, the company achieved profits of 34.04 million pounds, compared to 60.43 million pounds in the previous year.
