The Sudanese club Al-Merrikh announced the dismissal of Nasreddin Al-Nabi, the coach of the team, after a draw against Simba, Tanzania, in the African Champions League. Mars said in a statement across its center

Al-Merrikh said in a statement through his media center: “The board of directors of the Mars Club, headed by Mr. Adam Sudakal, decided to dismiss the technical staff led by the Tunisian-Belgian coach Nasruddin Al-Nabi, in addition to his Moroccan assistant, Hammadi Saghir.”
Al-Merrikh indicated that the club would retain the penalty clause, for their violation – the technical staff – of the ninth and tenth clauses of the contract, without mentioning that violation.
The Mars Club also sacked General Coach Al-Dhawad Al-Khair, in addition to the guards coach Haitham Al-Tayyib Malik.
And the Board of Directors announced his contract with English coach Lee Clark for one season to supervise the team during the coming period.
Lee Clack has a distinguished career as a former Newcastle United player, before retiring and coaching several clubs such as Huddersfield Town, Birmingham City, Blackpool and Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premier League and Berry Club.
Al-Merrikh occupies last place in his group in the African Champions League, with one point from 3 matches, behind Simba, Al-Ahly of Egypt and Vita Club of the Congolese.
