Will Haaland leave if Dortmund failed to qualify for the champions? The German club responds!

Michael Zork, sporting director of Borussia Dortmund, came out to talk once again about the future of the Norwegian striker Erling Haaland.

The 20-year-old is considered one of the most important young talents in the world, and has attracted the attention of many clubs that want to include him next summer.

Real Madrid is the party most interested in joining Haaland, in addition to Chelsea and Manchester United, as well as Bayern Munich.

Zork said in a press statement: “Haaland cannot leave and does not want to change clubs at the present time.”

He added to the German newspaper “Kicker”: “We are happy to have Haaland here. He scored many goals in a few matches and proved his worth with us, and he is now on contract with the club until 2024.”

As for the possibility of his departure if Dortmund did not qualify for the Champions League next season: “I have no doubt about his continuation and whatever happens, Erling will remain with us.”
