(MENAFN – Al-Bayan) Source: Date: February 09, 2021 Yesterday, a document stated that the Galaxy Pipeline Assets, owned by a consortium of investors, acquired a stake in the natural gas pipeline assets of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), hiring banks for a planned sale of dollar-denominated bonds.

A document issued by a bank showed that Galaxy had appointed Citi, HSBC and Mizu, global coordinators, and were joined by First Abu Dhabi Bank, Santander, SMBC Nico and Societe Generale as book managers. .

The fixed interest rate bonds will be sold in two tranches. The bonds will have maturities of between 13 and 19 years.
